I hired Hillside Happenings to clean my mother's home for Mother's Day. Not only did Nicole do a Super Job, she was accurate on her timing of arrival, timing of finishing the job per her quote and her plesurable personality was delightful. What took me a week to do myself, Nicole done it by herself in not even a whole day! I tell you she is magnificent! She cleaned windows inside and out, washed the window seals, polished all the knick knacks, washed all ceiling light fixtures, all the register vents, cleaned/sanitized kitchen and 2 baths, polished all woodwork, vacuumed, you name it she done it. thank you again. She is coming back once a month to maintain the home for my mother.

It was SPECTACULARLY AMAZING! I sat right down and felt less stressed. WE want more of NICOLE! I was stuck on our prior cleaner because she did laundry and i felt i couldn't ask that so when she (Nicole) did, I was so impressed because that is important to us.

my previous cleaner had unpredictable timing, somewhat unreliable, sometimes left things undone (e.g. vacuuming), broke things and would not tell me and i would not have minded that she broke something if she had just told me. with Nicole she is very courteous, professional, reliable and her service is provided as agreed to.
